Image shows group portrait of three women with three men and a little girl standing in front of the ranch near the area later occupied in 1961 by the South Coast Botanic Garden in Rolling Hills Estates. Identified, left to right, are Harold Jones, Harold Thorsen (1887-1971), [unidentified woman], George Taylor, Emma Phillips (b. 1892, eldest daughter of Harry F. Phillips Sr.), and Hulda Peterson (1894-1978, wife of Harry F. Phillips Jr.) The little girl is unidentified. A picket fence and stand of trees is visible in background.
