Description
View is of the Upland Inn, located at 123 E 9th Street, Upland (Calif.). Built in 1901 by E. P. Chaffee, from 1907 to sometime after 1913 named the Hotel Algonquin, in 1916 to 1920 named Upland Tavern, 1922 to 1928 named Upland Hotel. The 1931 directory lists the name as Upland Inn. The hotel burned down April 1, 1976.
