A blurry photograph of Wilfrid Cline, Jr. lounging atop his camp bedding at his group's campsite near Eagle Creek. Wilfrid is at center and appears to press himself upwards from the ground as he looks to the camera. He is surrounded by his camp bedding. A white tarp stretched between sticks functions as a headboard behind him. The camp is set up in a clearing. In the background, low brush lines the back perimeter of the clearing and expands into the distance. Trees dot the background.
Text from negative sleeve: 1016. Trinity Co. trip 1917. Four pictures of Wilfrid Cline Jr. getting up out of the bedding in the morning. Wilf and I slept together in this sleeping bag. This was on Eagle Creek. 4 films
