Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. According to the negative sleeve, this set of photographs is captured in color. The scans of these images are in black and white. An out-of-focus photograph of the fountain standing outside the Plymouth Post Office Building. A sidewalk stretches along the bottom edge at an angle. The stone fountain stands at center. It is viewed at an angle from the front, facing slightly left. Atop the fountain, a carved stone tablet rises from the center of the fountain. Below the tablet, a spigot extends from the front of the fountain's base. Behind and to the right of the fountain, the brick exterior of the Post Office Building stands in partial view, extending out-of-frame. In the background at left, houses are visible lining Leyden Street. Four punched holes dot the upper right edge.
