B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that he received letters from him. He explains that he has a spare residence that can be used by Hopper during his visit. He goes on to say that he will secure the cooperation of the Kansai and the Employers' Association for his factory visits. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "4" on the top, right corner and marks.
