View of the palm garden and young citrus grove on the property of Hollywood resident Jacob Stern.; Information provided with the image reads, "Looking north toward Hollywood Blvd. from the former home of Jacob Stern, 1910. Home located at southwest corner of Hollywood Blvd. and Vine Street, where now stand the Broadway-Hollywood, Plaza Hotel and other buildings in the block from Vine to Ivar and Hollywood Blvd. to Selma. On extreme left is portion of old Hollywood library, then located at northwest corner of Ivar and Hollywood Blvd."
