B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that he was unable to locate any noteworthy materials in his records concerning activities of SEI (Sumitomo Electric Industries) foremen and shop floor workers during the period of 1958 to 1962 for the Deming book. The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "40" in two places on the top, right corner of the page.
