It's T.K. Parthasarathy. His co-workers call him 'T.K.' T.K., 37, came to the office July 9 as the last step in fulfilling the requirements of his master's degree in public health at the University of Minnesota. He plans to finish his work there by Aug. 31 and return to India in his position as assistant editor of the Central Health Education Bureau in India's ministry of health at New Delhi."
