Description
Connie and John begin the interview discussing a scenario involving Tylenol and what could be done to rescue the image and reputation of Tylenol after a controversy. They proceed to discuss steps that Tylenol could take to revive the company’s perception in the public eye before talking about strategies for advertising in various contexts, and the impact of the 1-800 number, television, and credit cards in advancing advertising goals. They then move on to talk about the entrance of cable television, as opposed to network television, and the problem with CBS cable.
