During Peter Drucker’s talk entitled "Business and Management: The Changing Corporation" he discusses: joint alliances and market agreements, parent companies and their subsidiaries, changing technology and markets, seniority and Japanese companies, mutual funds and pensions, mortgages, medium-sized businesses, levels of management, the overstaffed military, limited management positions, meaningful work, the importance of a clear mission, mobility, non-profit and profit work, and continued learning. During the question and answer session, he answers questions from his talks "Business and Management: The World Economy After 1992" and "Business and Management: The Changing Corporation." Drucker addresses the following: the reciprocity of countries, joint community policy, requirements in new technology, the fixed cost of materials, time, the two main weaknesses of the American economy, job and military training, motivation, maquiladoras, hospitals and diagnostic skills, and organizational processes.
