Charles W. Protzman, Sr. writes Frank F. Davis, assistant vice president of Moseley Title and Abstract Company, saying that he hopes to complete the warranty deed processing at the Yokohama U. S. Consulate in the next few days. Protzman says that he has written to his son, Charles W. Protzman, Jr. and has asked him to try to locate the death certificate Davis has requested. Protzman informs Davis that as soon as he has executed the deed, he will forward it and have both papers sent at once. He goes on to say that he would appreciate if the money could be sent to his bank for deposit or forwarded to his friend, Earl Walter. The letter contains Protzman's original signature.
