Description
Frank F. Davis, assistant vice president of the Moseley Title and Abstract Company, writes Charles W. Protzman, Sr., saying that he is returning the warranty deed regarding the Protzman-Kegley transaction because Florida law requires two witnesses to a signature. Davis asks that the deed be returned once the witnesses have been obtained. The letter contains Davis' original signature. The letter contains handwritten notations by Protzman.
