Description: This is how Hollywood brings cheer to men in uniform and brightens their hearts with entertainment they otherwise could not enjoy. Before hundreds of men at an anti-aircraft camp in the Mojave desert on August 21, 1942, the Mary Davenport troupe is seen in action on behalf of the Hollywood Victory Committee. After a hard day's training under the blazing sun, men enjoy nothing better than entertainment.
