Peter Drucker’s ITE., Inc. teleconference for Brazil. Drucker says that Asia has focused on education, and developing human resources, while Brazil and Mexico have an unbalanced approach. He believes that Brazil and Mexico have neglected elementary and secondary education, while doing well at the higher education level. Drucker thinks that new technology such as satellites can be used to change the educational structure and create an educational society at a low cost. He explains how Japan has exploited the United States and Russia conflict for 40 years, and how Japan is learning that unless it opens its market, it will lose the western market. Drucker says that you have to attract capital that invests in a country, and that you need investors and not speculators. He discusses Brazil’s domestic market, and the global economy. Drucker goes on to say that no business in the global market can be protected. Part 1 is not available.
