Description
View of the new U.C.L.A. Westwood campus in 1927-1929. View 2: shows the Physics Building on the left, Moore Hall in the rear center, and Powell Library on the right. The Physics Building, now Kinsey Hall, was built in 1928-29 and designed by Allison and Allison, Architects. Moore Hall was built in 1930, and Powell Library was built 1927 and completed in 1929. Both buildings were designed by architect George W. Kelham. All three buildings were constructed in a northern Italian Romanesque Revival style.
