Description
Frederica Poett was a descendant of José de la Guerra and Thomas Bloodgood Dibblee, two of Santa Barbara's most prominent citizens. She was raised on the family ranch, Rancho San Julian. For many years she worked as business manager and secretary for famed portrait artist Cecil Clark Davis.
