Description
Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. Bunzaemon Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., saying that Mr. J. Noguchi, the general manager of the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers, tells him that he contacted the jury of the Deming Prize. Hopper says he is looking forward to writing Professor Koichi Ohba and thanks Inoue for the introduction.
