Description
Photograph shows a newsconference in opposition to Proposition 102. Left-to-right are Martin Fenstersheib M.D.; Roger Kennedy M.D.; California State Assemblyman John Vasconcellos; Representative Barney Frank; Wiggsy Sivertsen, BAYMEC; and Rick Sawyer, CIO Labor Business Agent.
Proposition 102, which was defeated, would have required individuals who test positive for HIV be reported to health authorities.
