In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled “What We Know About Work and Worker.” He begins by describing the differences between the knowledge worker and the manual worker. He talks about how a knowledge worker measures productivity. Drucker discusses the use of psychology and biofeedback to measure productivity. He says that workers need to learn to organize their leisure time. He ends the tape by describing the importance of getting along with co-workers.
