Description
Kenneth writes an unnamed correspondent saying that this person sends him the most valuable material. Kenneth says that he is getting very good material from Mr. Inoue and shares that he has almost gotten to the stage where he can describe Inoue as a Japanese F. W. Taylor. The unnamed correspondent is probably Charles Protzman, Sr. The letter contains Kenneth's original signature.
