Frank F. Davis, assistant vice-president of Moseley Title and Abstract Company, writes Charles W. Protzman saying that the warranty deed that needs to be executed by Protzman is enclosed. Davis informs him that he will also need a copy of Constance K. Protzman's death certificate. He goes on to say that when the deed is returned, he will hold it in escrow until the company is in a position to forward Protzman the money. In a copy of the letter, Protzman writes a note to his son, Charles, asking him to locate the death certificate. Two copies of the warranty deed are enclosed. Once copy includes a list of instructions and the other contains Protzman's signature.
