Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled “The Literate Manager.” He begins by saying that managers must be responsible for the work of their subordinates. He stresses the importance of good communication on all levels of a company. He talks about communication gaps, and how to fix them. Drucker discusses the function of information sharing. He ends the tape by talking about the benefits of working on a team.
