Charles W. Protzman, Sr. writes Mrs. Kegley saying that he received a note from his son stating that Mrs. Kegley is interested in the price of his lot at Town and Country. He informs her that the price will depend on whether she is a real estate agent or an individual interested in the lot herself. The senior Protzman shares that he bought the lot in 1961, with the intent of retiring there, but was in a near fatal auto accident in 1962 which made this impossible. He says that he lives with his son and his family now, but informs her that he is in Japan until about October doing a special consulting job. The senior Protzman goes on to say that he would like to hear further which of the above two categories applies to Mrs. Kegley. The letter is handwritten and contains the signature of the senior Protzman.
