Scope/Content: Manuscript volume containing notes on travels throughout England, written in a consistent and practiced 17th-century mixed hand. Rambles cover much of England and include notes on social engagements and inns visited. Other material in the volume includes poems and epitaphs (some written in a different, later hand), as well as notes on other countries of the world and the English nobility, likely referencing other sources.
