Description

A dirt road passes across the foreground and the Buick is parked off to the side in the near distance, just left-of-center. It is viewed at an angle from the rear and the side; it faces left. Its license plate reads, "CAL 288 467." Harry Schmitz leans over the front seat on the left side of the car. A tall pine rises, at left, on the far side of the car. Behind the pine, a cabin stands in partial view and extends out of the frame at left. Lake Tahoe is in the distance at right and mountains rise beyond it. Text from negative sleeve: 1057.
