Description
The late Dr. Gloria Ricci Lothrop was a California historian who studied the role of women in the American West through cookbooks, quilts, family bibles, and other cultural artifacts. Her unique historical method led to many discoveries in women's history that were previously undocumented. This narrative coincides with her research of women of the west. Two of the three tapes contain the musical background that accompanies the Women of the West narrative.
