Description
Gary Hamel discusses his book, “Competing for the Future,” co-authored with C.K. Prahalad. Martinson begins by saying that company restructuring means job loss. Hamel goes on to say that companies are getting thin, but are not healthy, and that some are blind to the future. He also discusses senior managers with no laptops, Mike Milken, commitment, challenging orthodoxy, strategy as leverage, Toyota, and politicians playing on fears.
