Description
George Colman, the younger writes to an unnamed correspondent regarding Colman the elder's health. Colman thanks the recipient for the"kind enquiries" after his father. Colman writes that his father is "considerably better than we had any reason to expect; & continues to recover fast," which will hopefully allow him to "journey to town" in ten days. He now possesses, Colman writes, "Mens Sana" (a sound mind) and will hopefully "soon add in Corpore Sano" (a sound body). Letter bears a watermark.
