Magill, new commander at Newhall and director of California Association of Highway Patrolmen. At left is Sgt. Rex Servoss and at right Capt. Charles Eagan, Capt. Magill's predecessor. Fidler, Magill and Eagan were honored guests at testimonial dinner."
