Description
During Peter Drucker's talk entitled "The Impact of Information-Based Organization on Management Structure" he discusses the organizations of tomorrow that will be composed of specialists who bring specific skills to a common effort. During his lecture, he talks about: payroll, the influence of the modern army on organization structure, the British in India, performance measurement by hospitals, company habits, and the symphony orchestra as a management structure model.
