Description
Agreement for 12 acres of the Maria de los Reyes Dominguez and/or Guadalupe M. Dominguez allotments in Rancho San Pedro. Agreement terms are three years, January 1, 1935 to December 31, 1937 with a yearly rent of $300. Handwritten note on second page suggests this lease has a tenant/or foreman with the surname Goto.
