Description
Peter Drucker discusses the following during his lecture: the importance of productivity figures to the non-business of public service institutions; the productivity crisis of hospitals; productivity as a measurement for the utilization of resources for results; General Douglas MacArthur's strategic conferences; maximizing opportunity; good people as a critical resource in a time of turbulence; the premium on people who know how to handle a situation for which there is no precedent in turbulent times; and companies in California in the 1920s. The recording begins with the lecture in progress, and ends while the lecture is still in progress.
