Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Mission and Leadership.” It is entitled, “An interview with Michael Kami.” Drucker begins by introducing Kami as one of the leading organizational strategists in the country. He discusses the importance of establishing credibility within an organization. Kami describes the mission statements of companies such as IBM, Xerox, Coca-Cola, and General Motors. He talks about how Drucker influenced him to invent the paper check banking system. He ends the interview by describing his legacy, and what he wants to be remembered for.
