He discusses the importance of establishing credibility within an organization. Kami describes the mission statements of companies such as IBM, Xerox, Coca-Cola, and General Motors. He talks about how Drucker influenced him to invent the paper check banking system. He ends the interview by describing his legacy, and what he wants to be remembered for.
