Description
Isamu Sakamoto, senior adviser of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. C. W. Protzman thanking him for his permission to cite his report on the effort to help Japanese industries reconstruct the economy of their nation. Sakamoto goes on to say that he sent a copy of Protzman's letter to Mr. Bunzaemon Inoue. The letter contains Sakamoto's original signature.
