Description
Y. Hirano and B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., write that the company will be inaugurating an industrial management course among the principal staffs of its management, based upon the CCS (Civil Communications Section) course. They add that the attached paper is a compilation of questions raised about industrial management. The letter contains Hirano's and Inoue's original signatures.
