Description
B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper replying to Hopper's questions regarding the Tokyo seminar and Osaka seminar dates. Inoue says that General Back, the director of the CCS (Civil Communications Section) came to Osaka to attend the commencement ceremony and hand out diplomas. The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "43" in two places on the top, right corner.
