Description
Peter Meyer discusses his book, “Creating and Dominating New Markets.” He begins by talking about which kinds of economies are best for finding new markets and how a business can improve a market with the introduction of their product. Meyer says the key to finding new markets is listening and not talking. He goes on to explain how the book is divided into two parts: how to define overall strategies, and how to apply these strategies to real life. He talks about how Internet companies should expand beyond the scope of the Internet. Meyer ends the interview by suggesting that to find a successful market, products need to be introduced into new countries other than America.
