Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations in printed book.
Scope/Content: Annotations by a contemporary reader in a 1631 copy of John Seton's Dialectica. Annotations consist of textual notes throughout the margins of the work, written in a neat 17th century hand. The printed work is bound with William Buckley's Arithmetica memorativa, but that text has no annotations. Some 19th or 20th century paper repairs, with possible loss of annotations.
Condition: Bound in contemporary paneled calf, rebacked with new endpapers and paper repairs.
