Scope/Content: Abstract: Description of phased removal of the dam creating the Lillingston Canyon Creek Debris Basin in the Carpinteria Creek watershed. The debris basin has not been regularly maintained since its construction in 1971, and the dam prevents steelhead passage to the upper watershed.
