Photograph caption dated July 3, 1958 reads, "H. Brad Atwood, left, of 1124 Churches Ct., Burbank, receives citation from Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz for leadership in this year's March of Dimes campaign. Atwood headed county commerce and industry division which raised $249,000 to fight polio."
