Description
Jonathan Randal discusses his book, “Osama: The Making of a Terrorist.” Randal says he tried to arrange an interview with Osama Bin Laden, but was unable to meet with him. He talks about Bin Laden’s antagonism against Saudi Arabia’s ruling family and corruption. Randal also talks about Bin Laden’s family and says Bin Laden was not as well traveled as his other family members. He claims Bin Laden was more religious than other children in his family and that he worked in his father's construction business. Randal goes on to discuss Bin Laden’s fundraising, Afghanistan, Saddam Hussein, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and the publicity of modern terrorism.
