B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. Kenneth Hopper saying that he received a copy of "Human Resource Management" published by the University of Michigan which contains Hopper's article. Inoue says that he will share his comments once the article is translated into Japanese. He goes on to say that he would like to pay his high regard to Hopper for accomplishing one of his life's work. The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "46" in two places on the top right corner of the page.
