Photograph caption dated September 9, 1954 reads, "Will be razed soon - Above is present view of Ramon F. Aguilar house at 403 Hagar St., San Fernando. It soon will be demolished to make way for new Sunday school classrooms for the First Presbyterian Church. The late Ramon Aguilar had home built nearly 50 years ago."
