Description
B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. Kenneth Hopper apologizing for a delay in answering Hopper. Inoue says that he wishes to inform him that the picture attached is acceptable and that he wishes that a sentence be changed. The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "45" on the top, right corner.
