Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker and John Humble discuss their audio book, “The Drucker/Humble Workshop.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled, “Management by Objectives.” Humble begins by talking about how management can stifle an organization. He discusses higher education and the politics of beaurocratic MBA programs. Drucker describes his own personal experiences with difficult clients. He ends the discussion by talking about how to effectively set time management goals.
