Photograph caption dated March 11, 1954 reads, "David Lederman, Tarzana ceramics manufacturer, examines beginnings of West Valley powerline super-structure, first rising in Valley, whose 55-foot height will carry high voltage lines 25 feet from his Tarzana hillside property. Lederman was one of group protesting overground installation of the wires."
