Description
Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. B. Inoue of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., saying that he has enclosed an article detailing some of the problems QC Circles are meeting in the United States. He says Toyota is being pressured to establish manufacturing in the United States. Hopper discusses his wife's work and says modern American management has changed much since the 1950s and 1960s. The letter contains an original handwritten marking.
