Description
The Capital Courage series, produced by the Sacramento Public Library, traces of the arc of experience of World War II-era veterans living in the Sacramento area. Paul Stone was born in Sacramento and eventually joined the Navy near the end of World War II. His experiences as a PBM radioman provide a unique window into World War II just as his time in Capital Area real estate tells an interesting tale in the post-War development of Sacramento.
