A group of selected students from the course “Morality and Leadership” present what they learned from the class to an audience. The students, whose backgrounds include India, Nigeria, Indonesia, the Philippines and an American who lived in Russian, go into detail on universal values and how they learned to handle ethical dilemmas in the management world. The course’s instructor explains at the beginning of the presentation that they used three main questions as their template when deciding if something was ethical. 1.Is it legal? 2.Is it balanced? 3.How will I feel about myself? At the end of the presentation the students field several questions from the audience.
