Description
Jan King discusses her book, “When You’re Hot, You’re Hot.” She begins by talking about her own personal struggles with menopause and breast cancer. She gives tips for ways to cope with medical-related stress such as meditation, relaxation, and anger management. She talks about having breast cancer and how reconstructive surgery was the best choice for her. She describes the benefits to eating healthy and avoiding preservatives in food. King ends the interview by talking about male menopause, and things men do during a mid-life crisis.
